Introduction 2-Factor Authentication
Dear User of the Member Portal,
We implemented a 2 factor authentication (2 FA) in our Member Portal for the security of your own data and because it is standard and a must in today's times of IT crime. This means that after entering your credentials, you will only be able to enter the Member Portal after authentication with an appropriate authenticator app.
To enable access, you must install a so-called TOTP app on your smartphone, with the help of which you scan the QR code generated by the Member Portal and enter the PIN generated in the Member Portal.

No matter which app you chose, make sure it is a TOTP authenticator app!

Using the TOTP app, scan then the QR code that appears after entering your login details, and then enter the PIN that appears in the app in the corresponding dialogue box in the member portal. You only have 30 seconds to do this. After that, a new code will be created again for security reasons.
